Claims Form

We know that you have waited patiently for your order, and we are sorry that your order arrived damaged.

Please submit all claims on the “CLAIMS FORM” found on platinumclosets.com.


To expedite the claims process, please note the damage at the time of delivery or pickup. Ensure that you and the delivery driver/terminal both take photos of the

damage and sign the acknowledgment that the damage was caused during the shipping process. Please take photos of both the pallet and the damaged material.


To start a remake, we must have a photo of the damage and STICKER on the piece, as that tells us the ID number.


Once we have this information, we will start a remake for you. Smaller items typically are sent out 1-3 days after the claim has been submitted.
